As the current Bangkok public transportation system is not effective enough, and the major public transportation (BTS and MRT) is not designed for everyone, Bangkoktopia is designed to solve the issue. The key proposed solution is to reorganize the Bangkok bus network based on the ‘trunk and feeder’ model. Therefore, the project has developed the entire environmental graphic design for the new travel experience with public buses.

หลายๆ คนเคยกล่าวว่าระบบขนส่งสาธารณะในกรุงเทพมหานครคุณภาพยังดีไม่มากพอ และระบบขนส่งสาธารณะหลักอย่างรถไฟฟ้าก็ไม่ตอบโจทย์สำหรับทุกคน วิธีที่แก้ปัญหาดีที่สุดควรจะเป็นการแก้ไขเส้นทางการเดินรถเมล์และเครือข่ายรถเมล์ให้มีประสิทธิภาพมากขึ้น ทั้งในด้านคุณภาพและราคา โดยการนำระบบ “trunk and feeder” มาใช้ ‘BANGKOKTOPIA’ จึงเป็นโครงการศิลปนิพนธ์ที่จะทำให้เห็นการเปลี่ยนแปลงของระบบเส้นทางรถเมล์แบบใหม่ว่าจะทำให้กรุงเทพเป็นเมืองที่ทำให้ผู้คนมีคุณภาพชีวิตที่ดีขึ้นอย่างไร
